ok, bear with me, I am totally new to the 'blog' thing and my on-line connection is antique. I am a new 'runner' and I just completed my first 5k. Keep in mind that 9 weeks ago I was not able to run 60 seconds without huffing and puffing! The Y-run club has kept me focused and motivated.
I will keep adding info as I become 'blog' savy!
